- Competence – We have an experienced, trained, and professional workforce capable of all tasks needed in the industry. We have a gold accreditation with Constructionline which recognises our commitment to best practices, compliance, and high standards in the construction industry.
- Skills & Services – We offer all traditional decorating skills including wallpapering. We also offer paint spraying (airless, conventional and HVLP), floor painting, fire protection, anti-graffiti coatings, hygiene coatings and numerous other specialist finishes.
- Communication – We know how important it is to have direct access to directors and decision-making personnel within your build teams, so we make sure our key personnel are accessible to your key personnel.
- Co-ordination – Our aim is to provide a co-ordinated service, work proactively with main contractors and integrate our skills with other trades to be part of an efficient build team.
- Resourcing – We provide skilled trained decorators to all our sites and carry out on-going monitoring to ensure that all sites are suitably resourced at all times.
- Supervision – We provide trained, experienced supervisors to manage our site teams at site level supported by regular director visits.
- Quality – We deliver high quality painting and decorating services and carry out regular inspections to ensure our ‘standard’ is maintained.
- Cost – We aim to provide competitive rates and value for money on all work undertaken.
- Safety – With the assistance of outside consultants we monitor and manage our safety arrangements and work processes on all contracts undertaken. We are accredited by two SSIP’s – Acclaim and Worksafe Contractor by SMAS. Also, all of our operatives have CSCS cards.
- Environment – We are always working to find and use more environmentally friendly products and processes. Our company is compliant with all current environmental legislation.
